The Our College placement involves campus recruitment drives where companies hire students, facilitated by a college placement cell, through stages like aptitude tests, interviews and group discussions, requiring strong academics, technical skills, soft skills for the development of students communication, teamwork and practical projects (Internships) to bridge the gap between education and industry demands for a successful career transition and our college every year planning to Employment recruitment fair.

The vision of the College Placement Cell focuses on bridging the gap between academic students and industry to prepare graduates for the industry, equipping students with technical knowledge and soft skills, enhancing employability through skill development for entrepreneurs, providing career guidance, building strong corporate relationships and promoting ethical professionalism, enabling students to secure successful careers and contribute to society.

Training and Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programmes that aim at molding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the parent institution. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting corporations for pre placement talks on the campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end is the responsibility of the Training and Placement Cell.
